Consent Orders

Consent Orders, are described as those Orders which are agreed to, when the parties reach an amicable resolution of outstanding issues concerning either Children or Property, or both, usually with the help of their Solicitor.  In most cases negotiating and agreeing to Consent Orders is the most efficient way of finalising a matter. We can assist you with negotiating with the other party, including drafting and filing appropriate Consent Orders with the Court . In these cases no Court appearance is required by the parties.
